Because it is discoverable in one search.

You are buying consulting from a firm whose method is machine-assisted, and you should know what the machine is. Firms in this position generally say nothing — and undisclosed-then-found is materially worse than disclosed up front.

The conflict we declare

VITAL Expert is a separate business with the same founders, and we are its first and most demanding user. Where an engagement would have us assess whether it creates value for you, we say so before we start and will step aside for an independent assessor if you prefer. Selling you the audit of our own product is not a position we want to defend.
