Why this exists.
We spent years doing this work inside and alongside pharmaceutical companies, and the same thing happened every time.

00The pattern
A firm was hired. The work was done, often well. The deck was delivered. And within eighteen months the reasoning behind it was gone — the assumptions, the rejected options, the person who thought the payer landscape was read wrong and turned out to be right.
Then somebody rebuilt it. And billed for it.
That is not a failure of the people. It is what happens when there is nowhere for a method to live except in the heads of the people who happened to be in the room.
So we built somewhere for it to live, and then built a consulting practice on top of it.

02How we're structured
A Swiss consulting company.
We run a small number of engagements at once, deliberately. Where a piece of work needs a specialist we do not have, we bring one in by name and tell you who — we do not backfill it with someone junior. Every engagement names a second person who can pick it up, and the record is in your tenant rather than in anyone’s notebook, which is what makes that possible.
Crossroads Catalyst GmbH delivers the work and signs it. The platform we run on, VITAL Expert, is a separate business — which means our own practice is held to the standard we would ask of anyone else using it.
03What we won't do
The list is short and we keep to it.
We do not produce GxP work products with machine assistance. We do not write content you file with a regulator. We do not claim accuracy numbers we have not measured, and we do not put logos on this site that we have not earned.
And one conflict we declare rather than manage quietly
We own the platform our engagements run on. Where a piece of work would have us assess whether that platform creates value for you — service line 15 — we say so up front and will step aside for an independent assessor if you would rather. Selling you the audit of our own product is not a position we want to defend.
