Two things worth knowing first.
Our mutual NDA is pre-signed and available before you tell us anything. If your legal function prefers yours, we sign yours.
If it is something we should do, we will scope it in a few days. If it is not, we will say so and tell you who is better placed. That is a faster answer than most firms will give you and it costs nothing.
